Because of the nature of our products, we typically cannot accept returns. Valid reasons for a return would be if you received the product and it was defective or you have received the wrong product. In these cases you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. We'll also reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (you received an incorrect or defective item).
For Domestic orders we do our best to ship within 2-10 business days of when the order is placed. If there is a delay you will be notified.

The shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based.
International Customers: If you select First Class Shipping your order can not be tracked and Magnolia Makeup will not take any responsibility for lost packages. We suggest Priority Mail if this is a concern for you.
The Domestic First Class Option is quite reliable and we still offer this service. Generally larger or heavier orders can be packed into Medium and Large Flat Rate Boxes.
